I had my Ph.D with a research in bioinformatics. I studied cancer genomics and microarray gene-expression data for cancer classification. We analyzed the data from around 20 chips using Machine Learning models in Java code. I analyzed the high-dimensional data using Matlab. I reported 15 chips alongside many different models in my thesis.
I used Machine Learning tools like ANN, MLP, SVM, KNN and DTs. Later on, I continued developing my knowledge and I learned new models in Deep Learning.

I studied Computer Science in Republic of South Korea at a very nice university. I had a very good background knowledge about Artificial Intelligence and Decision Trees. My interest in AI continued in following years.

I studied Computer Science and Engineering. I have learned many things about hardware programming and software development. I gained a great ability to use any computer language in the world.
